Green Belt certification training is a weeklong course dedicated to Lean Six Sigma practices. The training teaches employees how to utilize LSS practices to implement change within the organization to improve everything from process flow to systems usage.   The recent upward trend in the usage of LSS is likely due to the need for companies to remain competitive. Our organization utilizes lean tools such as SIA events and Just Do It initiatives to implement lean changes within the facility. Utilizing six sigma tools allows companies to quickly and efficient determine how to make implement changes. In our case, we often see one lean change idea turn into multiple ideas, as our SIA events pull employees for multiple program areas, giving us a number of different perspectives in regards to the problem. Discuss this statement breifly with examples.
