Disabled patients that may require critical treatments such as cancer, respiratory illnesses, and autoimmune disorders would benefit from lower percent markup and dispensing fees. Prescriptions for those with a disability are more likely to have unmet medication needs due to the cost. Patients of color have health inequities due to high drug costs, and as a result,
