Mrs. Ima Bluddie is a 17 year-old, Gravida II, Para I, that delivered 38 week twins vaginally two hours ago. She was induced with Pitocin prior to delivery. Methergine 0.2 mg IM was administered one time post delivery. Assessment 30 minutes ago revealed: BP 130/70, P 82, R 20, and T 99.0; fundus U/U and lochia moderate rubra. IV access: IV of LR with 20 milliunits Pitocin infusing at 125 ml per hour was just hung at the time of her assessment.. Mrs. Bluddie had an epidural during labor and continues to have decreased sensation to legs. She was straight cathed prior to stage II with 400 ml urine obtained.
