R.R., a 60 y.o. female presents to the ED, with a 3-week history of worsening complaints of RUQ abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting, lightheadedness, loss of appetite, and fatigue. She was recently admitted on 1/11/2023 with acute pancreatitis. Her lipase was 5249 she was found to have a large obstructing common duct stone resulting in acute cholecystitis and pancreatitis.

1. Interval placement of a transhepatic drainage catheter ending in the duodenum. Decreased dilatation of intrahepatic bile ducts and gallbladder.

2. 2cm stone distal Common Bile Duct

3. Mild to moderate bibasilar thin, band-like atelectasis.

4. L3-4 degenerative disc disease 5. Biliary drain noted to be transversing the pleural space.
