Our group chose nursing as our profession and our strengths are analytical, restorative, strategic, responsibility and achiever. Our nursing superhero will use her analytical skills to deconstruct information into smaller categories in order to draw conclusions. Analyze data to identify curves and trends and use that information to help stop the spread of COVID. She will use her restorative strength to figure out what is wrong and solve patient problems as they arise. Fulfilling patient needs is paramount for great care during the pandemic. Her strategic skill will come in handy when problems arise as she can see alternate ways of solving problems. For example, if someone doesn't want to wear a mask or will not comply with instructions, she can easily handle the situation. She will ensure patients have her word that she will do her best to fight COVID because of her responsibility strength. Her achiever strength will ensure that she is organized and on track with her mission. Her organization skills will help her see her progress.
