She has been informed that the average number of pilots among the resistance fighters is 46 per tactical unit. She orders that a random sample is of 12 tactical units are taken to determine, on average, how many pilots there are per unit. Because of the fierce fighting, General Organa believes that the average number of pilots per unit is actually lower than 46. The results of the survey are presented below. Does the data present enough evidence to determine that the average number of pilots per tactical units is significantly lower than 46? Use the P-Value Approach , assume that number of visits are normally distributed and that a=.01.
