Problems and decision making occur in the business environment on a daily basis. Think about the street vendor in New York City on up to the CEO of a Fortune 500 company. Each faces many problems and each has clients that he or she has to work and interact with on a daily basis. Depending how this person decides to handle the problem may define how the company CEO or street vendor survives.

Using research, find a documented business problem within an organization of your choosing, define what problem exists and whether it was caused by an internal or external entity. In your paper, categorize the problem in terms of severity and thoroughly dissect the problem. Does this problem affect only internal stakeholders, or does it affect external stakeholders as well? How would this problem be communicated to the stakeholders? How would you initially plan to move forward in search of a resolution? Provide specific examples where applicable to support your analysis.

Support your paper with a minimum of five (5) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
