Case study: You are the CEO of Rashays Restaurants group in Australia, and you have been forced to shut down the dining component of your restaurant temporarily because of the level 3 restrictions introduced by the government as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, you're able to continue to operate in a take-away and online capacity, keeping your kitchens open to make and sell your food products. As the CEO, you have been advised by the Rashays board to develop a plan to improve decision making, change and innovation, and operations during this time. You are therefore required to:
