Need a solid encouraging comment from the following post made by Tamara my classmate, need to find a decision-making framework or strategic approach for HR professionals. Need to assess the practicality and effectiveness of her suggested approach and provide examples or real-world scenarios to illustrate its applicability? HR needs to be strategic in the roles it plays to keep the organization staffed and productive. HR needs to make sure that it is staying up to date on laws, procedures, projections, and skills. Without these things, the organization will not be productive or lose lots of money and workers. HR need to be able to predict how the organization is doing to make sure they don't over hire or under hire employees.
