Donna decides to go out for a long walk and ends up jogging a little. During her workout she walks up a long hill and jogs down the other side. She feels great, but two days later she can hardly move her legs because she is so sore. What has happened to Donna?

She has likely pulled muscles in her legs. She may have a stress fracture or osteoporosis because she is 70 years old. She did not stretch before or after her run. She is experiencing delayed onset muscle soreness.
