There are three project managers that have to be assigned to four projects. All project managers have to assign to at least one project. Therefore, at the end two project managers will be assigned to one project each, and one project manager to two projects. Based on prior information, their "effectiveness" in each project type is as follows: Project Manager 1: (80,90,65,80), Project Manager 2: (80,80,90,80) & Project Manager 3: (90,80,90,45).
