Discussion 1 - Using the Case at the beginning of Chapter 5, half the group members take the position of 'tell your boss' and last half 'not tell'. (Split alphabetically by last name - if in the middle, you get to choose). Use the steps in the 'Best Practices' box on page 139 to argue the positions and then to come to a consensus on the ethical disagreement.

Discussion 2 - See the article by Badaracco on ethical decision making. Think of a 'gray area' ethical dilemma you have faced, such as seeing someone cheat or steal. Like the example of Becky Friedman in the article, describe your decision making, following the 5 questions. Of the 5 questions posed by Badaracco, which would you say was the most difficult to grapple with when faced with the dilemma, and why?

Discussion 4 - Reflect on something that affected you from someone else's Moral Leadership presentation. What did they talk about that was impactful and perhaps helpful for you with your own moral leadership development?
