If there is a partnership agreement is in place specifying that the partnership can continue to exist after death/insolvency of a partner (i.e. 3+ person partnership), and one partner dies -- does the partnership continue, or is a new partnership formed? Also, if a person is brought into a partnership, by unanimous agreement from existing partners, is a new partnership created?
