Ann is a principal at a catholic elementary school in a very poor area of town. She is dealing with culture setting, discipline problems, and parents who are not paying their tution. a very small student body and most of the children 98% are not catholic, and yet the parents want their children to get a good catholic education. Ann takes these children from the neighborhood to attend this school where most of these children comes from broken homes,single parents and also homeless and have nowhere to go. Ann is a very good communicating to the parents and ther staff in what she wants for this school to stay open in this neighborhood, but finds it difficult to discipline problems with students who get into trouble alot. that is where I came in as an assistant principal last spring and took over some of the discipline challenges and that helped Ann tremedesley.This school is an African American student body with many diversity and culture settings so I would like you to also compare Brian's school which is a middle school in the county and Ann school which is in a very poor area. Diversity is what I would like you to touch for Ann's school. You did a paper on Brian as principal and now this Ann as principal. three pages double space
