Electronic Toys, Inc. refers the debt to Deadbeat Debt Collection Agency, Bob, an employee of the Deadbeat Debt Collection Agency; calls Justin at home on a Monday morning at three a.m. Bob represents himself as an employee of Deadbeat Debt Collection Agency and demands payment "or else." The next day, Bob sends Justin a notice that he has thirty days in which to request verification of the debt and that its payment will be suspended during that time, but if he does not pay the full amount due within five business days.
