Your task is to analyse a data set with PCA and train a machine learning classifier on it.

The provided dataset contains 184 numerical features describing physico-chemical parameters of 627 odorants. The target values indicate whether an odorant has a "fruity" smell.

You are given some code to load the data, and instructions for every part of the tasks.

Apply your knowledge gained in the practicals to complete this assignment. You have permission to re-use code from the practicals here. You may use code from online code sites but you must cite the source.
