Data Gathering And Review: The first step of the project will be to identify our key stakeholders. Once we have identified the key stakeholders, we can start creating our interview questions. After the interview questions have been successful, we can begin scheduling interview times, and once scheduling interview times have been finished, we're able to start conducting them. After the interviews have been concluded, we can use the interview data to start analyzing the data that we already have (Analyze Existing Registration System Data) to make comparisons and start research on our competitors at the same time. After analysis of current data and research data on other universities have been documented and summarized, we can begin to identify potential solutions. The completion of brainstorming solutions indicates the completion of the data-gathering and review phase.'
