You are the project manager leading a high-visibility data center consolidation initiative for North American operations. The team is charged with delivering a new 8,000 square foot data center in ten months starting March 1, 2016, within its $6 million budget, and with zero business disruption.

Deliverables

· Build-out a new state of the art 8,000 square foot facility

· Relocate 225 physical and virtual servers along with the supporting network infrastructure to the new data center
