You are database designer and data analyst working for the hypothetical employer, Park University. The memo style response and further information provided among your peers really helped the CIO understand potential reasons to why the current Technology Asset Management System designed in Microsoft Access is not currently tracking technology assets as intended. After further review and correspondence with the University Controls Department, the CIO has found that many of the reports coming out of the database are incomplete and even have issues with data redundancy.
