You are database designer and data analyst working for the hypothetical employer, Park University. The memo style response and further information provided among your peers really helped the CIO understand potential reasons to why the current Technology Asset Management System designed in Microsoft Access is not currently tracking technology assets as intended. After further review and correspondence with the University Controls Department, the CIO has found that many of the reports coming out of the database are incomplete and even have issues with data redundancy. The CIO was not able to find documentation of the databases' conceptual, logical, or physical design models to check table normalization and has asked you to prepare a memo response offering any suggestions you have to potential correct incomplete reports and also issues with database redundancy. In a memo style response to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), share based on your knowledge learned about databases using experience and research some possible issues in this case that would create data redundancy and incomplete reports supported with theory based on database normalization followed by any recommendations you have to fix these issues.
