On May 30, Natalia entered into a contract with designer Kelly Dashian to purchase clothing accessories for her St. Charles Main Street boutique. Dashian has a separate warehouse in St. Charles where she stores her inventory. When Natalia and Dashian enter into the agreement, Dashian had Natalia's entire order of clothing accessories in stock at her warehouse, and instructs her warehouse manager to assemble Natalia's order for Natalia to pick up by June 1. Natalia's sales receipt states that her order would be ready for pickup by the purchaser at the St. Charles warehouse on June 1. An electrical fire at the warehouse on June 2 destroys all of contents of the warehouse before Natalia picked up the clothing accessories she purchased. Natalia demands reimbursement from Dashian for the money she paid Dashian for the clothing. What are Natalia's rights?
