Cultural factors play a large part in the daily operations of the firm in differing communities. Understanding these cultural factors can be a key part in the firm's acceptance and success. Look at the three presented models: Hofstede model, GLOBE, and Cultural Intelligence.

Select Canada and compare and contrast cultural dimensions in all the models. Create a DNA of the selected country. Do the same exercise for the US. Now, compare and contrast the two countries' similarities and differences.
