As a Customer Service Representative: I want to be able to keep track of all room reservations so that I can more efficiently manage our bookings.

I know this is done when:

• I can log into the system as a CSR (customer service representative)

• We know what rooms we have available at any point in time

• The room listings will change to “occupied” when a guest checks in

• We have the ability to modify a reservation

• A guest checks out the amount owed is displayed on screen

• We can be alerted when room check-out times are reached

• We can check in and out guests

• When the system is available during normal business hours
