Using the questionnaire on page 207-210, the owners of Santa Fe Grill collected data from customers who had recently dined at both Santa Fe Grill and Jose's Southwestern Café. Based on the data, the owners wants to know whether the customer's level of satisfaction with the restaurant is different based on (1) the gender of the customer AND (2) whether or not the customer recall seeing an advertisement in the last 60 days. He wants to know this with regard to customers who had recently dined at Santa Fe Grill. The researchers conducted an n-Way ANOVA for this purpose. The results are attached. Based on the results...
