• First of all, you have to choose a new product to produce and introduce to the marketplace. Then you will describe that through introducing your new product in the market, what type of customer needs/wants/demands are going to be fulfilled.
• You will develop a detailed marketing mix (4Ps) of your new product, meaning that how are you going to make pricing, promotion, distribution and make available your product to your targeted customers.
• Develop a customer oriented market positioning statement for your product.
• Briefly state the possible (SWOT) strength, weakness, opportunity and threat analysis of your new business in considering the current market environment.
• Critically analyse your product's market segmentation, targeting and market positioning with differentiation.
• What type of value proposition are going to offer to the customers in the market?
• Lastly, briefly describe your possible market competitors and how is your product differentiated with your possible rival firms in the market.
