Chuck Smith owns a custom organic tortilla manufacturing plant which has experienced an increase in demand of 35%. As a result, Chuck has not been able to keep up with customer demand. An employee makes a suggestion to change the way tortillas are placed in the baking oven. Currently the plant makes and sells 16,000 tortillas per month and labor productivity is 22.56 tortillas per labor hour and each employee works 160 hours per month. How many employees will Chuck need to add so that he can cover the increase in demand?
