The one thing for companies image to change due to your work as an employee but what about a scenario that your work changes your opinion of another companies image. For instance in my work every day I work with another business/partner their image changes. I`ve been dealing with a company that is going through a change and their image has tanked. At least their image as seen by me and my co-workers. I wouldn't have this opinion without having to work with them in my current job. If I worked anywhere else I would have an indifferent or even positive image of this partner company. This company is going through an overhaul but that overhaul entails a massive change in their delivery of their products. It`s to the point that their image is so rotten that my company is looking for a new provider. It`s going to cost us over seven figures to cancel the current contract and switch everything over but we cant continue on anymore. The change is needed due to the terrible image that is being perceived by us employees. It`s a shame since they do have two really nice employees but those two are the opposite of the current image of the company. They are outliers. What are your thoughts?
