Scenario :

Community Hospital plans to replace its current hospital information system. One part of the process is the design of the functional requirements for admitting, emergency services, and clinic interfaces to the master patient index. You are a member of the functional requirements development team and have been assigned the task of determining user satisfaction with the current system and what enhanced features or functionality is desired.

Directions:Develop a survey instrument to assess current interface functionality. Your final product should be at least 2 pages in length. The deliverables of this project include:

- Description of survey purpose and goals.

- Identification of target audience.
