Question: The workplace health and safety policy was written by the previous Manager. You are now the new Team Leader and you have been told that:

Bullying in the workplace has increased to concerning levels
Staff sometimes blame each other for their mistakes, which has caused tension
Recently a staff member turned up to shift under the influence of alcohol
You like the staff and don't want to "have a go" at them, but are concerned about your safety and client safety. You decide to develop an action plan, below, to address the legal and ethical issues.
