JGM has obtained funding/financing to expand their current business operations from its old facility to separate locations Headquartered (HQ) at 5 Millennium Falcon Way, Naboo, Maryland and Tatooine, Germany. At both locations, JGM will maintain the same footprint and personnel but is willing to expand at a possible later date. JGM HQ has moved into a four-story facility in a suburban-rural business park that is prone to flooding every 100 years according to the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers flood stage estimates. The German office is in an urban area not known for any natural disasters, but the ISP connectivity is prone to degradation with significate outage downtime. JGM is requesting a secure connection between both offices because their information data and communications are sensitive. JGM's data is restricted to protect trade-secrets and innovation in development of new heavy machinery products. Each department's network must be securely isolated with many of JGM personnel performing business operations based on their functional work roles. JGM has a total of eight departments across both locations supporting a workforce of 252 personnel. Lastly, both internal and external core networks are load-balance for redundancy and resiliency.
