You are part of a team of senior executive managers at Google and have a few urgent issues to address that involve job satisfaction, job performance, communication, conflict, and diversity.
1. Some employees have expressed dissatisfaction regarding certain p rojects (Maven and Dragonfly) and staged protests. While some have displayed loyalty, some have exited the company. How do you address any continuing dissatisfaction among company employees due to these projects?
2. While TVCs do a substantial amount of work for Google, they are paid significantly less than full-time employees and perceive low organizational support. How do you address this low perceived organizational support?
3. Some employees are claiming that there is not enough surface-level diversity in the organization. How do you address these claims?
4. There have been accusations of sexual harassment. How do you address these accusations?
As part of an executive team your job is to (1) describe these four issues in more detail, and (2) create a plan for how you would address each of these four issues to the best of your ability.
