I also chose to be an expert on impact'. I agree with you on your assessment about how Alaska Airline's current problems arose, which include their everchanging culture and a false sense of success during a good economy.

With that said, do you believe that there were different reasons, other than culture, that the problems arose? Were there any specific decisions or actions that lead to the current problems.

Also, what is the impact that the company is dealing with that are associated with the origins of the problem? I see that you mentioned customer satisfaction, but I also believe that there are operational issues at the Seattle hub and limited profits as well.

Per your discussion, there are various problems such as event mishaps, poor quality service, a cultural issue, and an attitude of mediocrity. These elements together have cause great impact on Alaska Airlines and their failure to properly operate. As the newly assigned change agent, how would you approach changing the organizational culture?
