Individual case study (3,000 words) case study on cross cultural communication and management 

Select a service business operating in a host country. Using the company you have chosen, address specifically the following tasks, with reference to dimensional theory and models studied in this module.

1. Identify challenges on corporate identity that diversity and culture present to the company, using relevant information and examples from your chosen company 

2. Using a dimensional model, critically analyse these challenges 

3. Assess how the company has attempted to take account of cultural diversity to promote and improve corporate identity 

4. Conclude and suggest how to benefit from culture and diversity in the future

Your case study should be approximately 3,000 words in length with a clear logical structure accompanied by appropriate academic referencing.

1) Critically discuss Trompenaars' model of national culture, referring to a specific chapter from a text book, borrowed from the university Library (don't forget referencing).

2) Identify any challenges that diversity and culture present to the company identity.

3) Critically analyse those challenges, giving clear examples from your chosen company.

4) Assess how the company has attempted to take account of cultural diversity to promote and improve corporate identify.

5) Conclude with a reflection and make relevant suggestions for the company.
