Please find, bellow, the situation based on which I need help to write Ethics and CSR Paper.

The above mentioned paper is to be written in (a) business memo (Memorandum) format and (b) business writing style.

Please help me write a memorandum which clearly states how to start CSR (from scratch) and corporate ethics path and align with the Canadian government expectations
