This is a job posting for an Operations Manager at Crossroads Commercial Development. I'd say this job position is for middle management. They oversee the operations of the team, provide support to the CEO, and is the face of the company. The job description alludes to a need for emotional intelligence. It indicated the need for social skills and empathy when it says, "They must establish and nurture personal relationships and must be comfortable with personal conflicts that may arise." It talks about striving for perfection which would require a high level of motivation. It says "They must be relaxed, steady, and work at a methodical pace" which would require self-awareness to achieve. It also refers to proactively handling difficult people and situations which involve self-regulation. These are all managerial skills discussed in our textbook. What jumped out at me is the wording choice used in the job description. It puts a lot of expectation and pressure on the person who would apply for this job to achieve "perfection," which could be too high of an expectation for people to meet.
