2.1 How to make it more effective?

B. Negotiations and Conflicts when doing business with another culture

1. People tend to use Stereotypes in different situations when they are doing business with other cultures.
1.1 Explain the reasons
1.2 how this may lead to conflicts.

2. Provide an example of a cross cultural conflict situation between two parties/companies from different countries.
2.1 State the challenges faced when doing business with another culture
2.2 discuss the conflict management style used for each
2.3 Compare the two cultures using the different dimensions studied
