Cross-cultural communication is often talked about in today's globalized business world. The research paper, "Cross-cultural differences in the Attitude towards applicants' faking job interviews" presses on the issue which is faking in job interviews. People from different cultural background sri are often prone to faking when they want to fit inside another society and lead a life in alienated place.
