Review the Ted Talk video from Judge Victoria Pratt on Procedural Justice. Outline what are the four aspects of procedural justice. Briefly describe the effect of implementing procedural justice practices can have on the legitimacy of the judiciary. Lastly, given what you know about the criminal court systems, do you believe implementing the practices of procedural justice is viable? Does the divide between law on the books and law in action affect the viability?
