Assignment Topic: The marketing activities in an organization always have a significant impact on the bottom-line performance. Conduct a marketing research and prepare a report on a real world fashion related organization. You research must answer the following 3 specific areas:

1. Critique how the seven Ps of the marketing mix is used by marketing specialists to achieve the organizational strategic goals in your chosen fashion related organization. Provide recommendations for all of your findings and analysis.

2. Conduct an in-depth analysis on how your chosen fashion related organization utilizes appropriate professional selling, sales management and customer relationship management techniques to develop a competitive advantage in its chosen market(s). Provide recommendations for all of your findings and analysis.

3. Critique new marketing trends and developments, including social responsibility and ethics on how they impact on your chosen fashion related organization's ability to compete in its chosen market(s). Provide recommendations for all of your findings and analysis.

Assignment Brief: Working individually. You are required to consult and fully reference a MINIMUM of 8 references from 3 different sources (e.g., book; www; journal article from the full-text databases; current affairs magazine; newspaper etc.). The use of WIKIPEDIA online encyclopedia is NOT allowed. The word range of this essay is about 2,000 words.

In addition, you should present credible research from Proquest, Newslink or other academic resources. Your usage of the research evidence will play a part in determining your grades as well. E.g. Using the evidence in a descriptive (Pass grade level)/ applied way (credit level)/ applied way demonstrating deep understanding of the topic (Distinction).
