Case: You are the New Zealand Society of Construction Law representative on the review and drafting committee. When administering construction contracts, you need to contractually review the clauses of construction contract in New Zealand which is New Zealand Standard Conditions of Contract for Building and Civil Engineering Construction. NZS 3910:2013. Make sure you understand them, then apply your understanding of the clauses to any given scenario in a project.
