Task
Submit an in-depthreport of 2500 words based on the workplace visit earlier organised by the module tutor.
Your report should include:
a) Your observations/findings of the safety and health conditions from the workplace inspection exercise (based on factual/inferential evidence obtained during the audit and inspection).
b) Specific regulations relating to some identified hazards or unsafe conditions (compliance against HSE standards and regulations).
c) Evaluate critically health and safety policy in place (are they meeting their health and safety duties as stated in the policy?).

3. The number of words must be shown at the end of the work submitted before the reference section. 4. The report should contain a title page and table of content page before starting the introduction; however these pages will not be counted in the total word count of the report. 5. The report should contain substantial number of references taken from wide variety of sources and should be supported with a minimum of 8-10references, must of them peer reviewed journal papers.
Guidelines for the Report 1. Use preferably Microsoft Word should be used for the report. Use A-4 size paper and portrait settings, leaving 2.5 cm (or) 1’’ inch margins in all the four sides. 2. Body text should be Times New Roman font with 12 point, 1.5 spacing. Text should be justified leaving one blank line between two paragraphs.
