Were the methods used correct or incorrect? Explain your answer.

Once a leader has assessed his/her own personal discovery skills, the next step in development is to find a specific, current innovation challenge or opportunity to practice these skills with the team members. Provide an example of a scenario that you participated in or witnessed in a work setting where a supervisor questioned members about his/her leadership performances and then explained how the results were used and future projects were executed.
