CONTENT:
Question 1. Critically examine the case and submit a written report via the PIM portal.
Question 2. Analyse and submit a report with the following:
1. An executive summary
2. A detailed work breakdown structure
3. A critical path diagram indicating slack time, critical path and project timeline
4. A Gantt Chart and milestones incl scheduling
5. Risk analysis of the project and the mitigative actions
6. Project Cost analysis/NPV/ best Financing method
7. Planning and monitoring process of the project
8. Stakeholder/communication management
9. Quality and HR aspects of the project
10. Recommendation and conclusion
Give clear description of the project structure, WBS, CPM analysis, Gantt chart, stakeholder management chart, resource diagram, cost analysis, project charter (scope summary), risk assessment, monitoring and controls, possible challenges & mitigation plan, change management approach, communication matrix, and any other analysis you feel is necessary for planning a project. All calculations and analysis should be as an annexure. State any assumptions.
REPORT:
Your assignment should be of 14 (min) to 15 (max) pages (excluding annexures, content page, reference pages etc), typed in Times New Roman 12 point, according to PIM guidelines.
