Question: Marketing is critical for organisations as it helps to sell products and/or services. The purpose of most organisations is to make profit, and marketing provides the means of achieving that goal.

Following your recent appointment as a marketing manager in your (selected) organisation, you are required to produce a report for the senior management of the organisation covering a critical evaluation of the consumer decision making process in different organisational contexts. In addition, design a detailed customer experience strategy, by selecting appropriate techniques that could be applied to enhance customer experience to maximise marketing opportunities for the chosen organisation.

Critically evaluate the metrics for monitoring and improving the customer experience for different products/services in your chosen organisation. Further provide recommendations for improving the selected metrics that will enhance the customer experience with justification.

Finally, devise measures and metrics to improve customer experience within the chosen organisation and provide justifications
