By using Research Report from the National Business Ethics Survey (NBES), large companies can dramatically improve their integrity by implementing effective ethics and compliance programs to reduce employee misconduct and improve every key measure of workplace behavior. The research report published in 2011 was about `active social networker'. Active social networkers are people who spend 30 percent of their worktime in social media platforms. It had been revealed by the survey that the active social networkers either intentionally or unintentionally air some important information related to their workplace.
