Instructions:

Students need to read the given case" Women Empowerment Takes Wings in UAE Aviation" and are required to complete the following task requirements.

1. Apply the relevant knowledge (i.e., Theoretical Concept acquired in the class) to analyze the various strategies implemented by the UAE government to nurture the interest of woman in establishing a career in the field of aviation. (CLO 2)

2. Critically evaluate hurdles and hitches that inhibit women from cultivating a career in the UAE aviation sector. (CLO2)

3. Synthesize and propose comprehensive recommendations (minimum 7) to enhance the development and employability of women in the UAE aviation sector. (CLO3)
