This assessment requires students to critically evaluate contemporary quality and risk concept to discuss its application in a project environment and its impact on project life cycle. Students are also required to discuss about two best practice modes for quality and risk management currently being used in industry of their interest.

Assessment: QRP management plan

This assessment requires students to analyse a real-life project (either ongoing or completed) to develop and writer QRP (Quality, Risk and Procurement) management plan. Student can select project in their field of interest, but project must be aligned with the discipline of project management. Following resources may assist student in selecting a real-life project:
- The Australian Government's Department Infrastructure and Transport. National Infrastructure Construction Schedule (NICS)
- Transport for UNSW
- City of Sydney, Changing urban precincts

Assessment: QRP Presentation

Assessment Detail
This assessment requires students to present the QRP management plan prepared in Assessment 3- Part A as an oral presentation with emphasis on effectiveness of QRP plan in successful project delivery. The details of the presentation will be discussed in the workshop session prior to the presentation.
