The Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety was established in October 2018 and the final report was delivered in February 2021. To assist the Royal Commission, a review of international models of aged care was undertaken, which identified key innovative models of care from Australia and around the world. A copy of this report is found on the SNPG958 Moodle site.
The objective of this assessment task is to critically evaluate and analyse one innovative model of aged care for people living with dementia, as reported by the Royal Commission into the Quality and Safely of Aged Can in Australia.

The task aims to assess your understanding of the model's key features, potential benefits, challenges, and its alignment with the Commission's recommendations. Additionally, you are required to include a resource that advertises your selected innovative model of aged care.
Instructions:
Begin by reviewing the Research Paper 3-Review of Innovative Models of Aged Care You are required to submit an assignment that matches the following format. Use the following headings (in order) to structure your report
1) Introduction: (approx. 150 words)

4) Challenges & Limitations: Identify and analyse the potential challenges and limitation associated with implementing your selected innovative model of aged cart for people living with dementia. Discuss any barriers or obstacles that might hinder the successful adoption and sustainability of the model. Suggest potential strategies to mitigate the identified challenges and enhance the model's effectiveness (approx. 250 words).

6) Resource Advertisement: One (I) A4 page resource, can be in the form of a poster or brochure, that advertises/ showcases your selected innovative model of aged care for people living with dementia. The resource needs to include a description of the model, potential benefits and potential strategies to enhance the model's effectiveness. The resource needs to utilise colour and images to support the text.
