This assignment requires you to investigate a company listed on Austrian Stock Exchange (ASX) in terms of the way it has handled CSR reporting. The academic staff will assign to you an ASX-listed company. You are to locate that firm's most recent CSR or Sustainability report and conduct an in-depth examination of its CSR reporting practice addressing the following with reference to extant literature. Please note that in your analysis and evaluation you are expected to critically analyse the company's report. This involves finding both good things and draw-backs and justifying your view with reference to academic literature.

1. Describe and discuss how the components of corporate social responsibility reporting (i.e, social reporting and environmental reporting) are handled in your assigned organisation.

2. Critically analyse the motivations of your company in this area using legitimacy. stakeholder and institutional theory. In other words establish what could be the motivations of CSR reporting of your company and articulate those with reference to theory

3. In your view. evaluate how these components (social reporting and environmental reporting) in the assigned firm impact the local community? Your assignment required to use at least 8-10 academic references (including books and journal articles. as well as online academic resources. Wikipedia is NOT an academic reference
