Assignment Task -
1. You are required to select a current news article about a leader (see for example Forbes, Financial Times, People Management, CMI articles). A leader can be selected from any discipline ranging from profit, not for profit, Government, and social enterprises.
2. Then you critically analyse the selected leader's leadership approaches, using quality academic sources, in line with the discussed leadership theories. You will discuss the challenges faced by the selected leader in terms of ethical and responsible decision making, in the context of Level 7 academic study.
3. Discuss how the selected leader could have or have (if you identified him/her as an ethical and responsible leader) influenced an inclusive organisational culture and HRM practices.

1. Structural Guidelines
Introduction - a brief introduction to the report, please make sure that you write clearly and succinctly (there is only 2000 words +/- 10%).
Leadership Theories - succinctly define what is leadership, leadership theories directly related to your chosen leader and Justify. Emphasis needs to be directed towards ethical and responsible leadership.
Discussion
a. Academically discuss the selected leader's leadership approach and the challenges s/he faces in terms of ethical and responsible decision making.
b. Academically discuss how the selected leader could have influenced an inclusive organisational cultureand HRM practices
Conclusion - provide an overview of the report and the outcome of your discussion.

Learning Outcomes - The learning outcomes that are being assessed in this assessment are:
